WIP. Finally finished thumbnailing all the comic slides and wanted to share! I'll be actually making these fully fleshed out comic pages when it's done so check back again eventually to see the completed version!

I really really wish Billy had gotten a chance to grow, to live and experience and I wish that he and Max had gotten a chance to actually be friends and see that they weren't each other's enemies. I have way too many words to say about him, Max and their relationship but this sort of puts it into visuals.

Summary:

Billy is sealed inside a submarine, at the bottom of an impossible ocean of blood, on a moon that should be barren. Summary:

Eddie's never been normal. Especially not since the Summer of 1972, when his mother died and his father dropped him off at some experimental facility and split. And it doesn't help that when he shows back up on Wayne's three years later, he's sporting fangs and a fresh sensitivity to sun. Growing up in Hawkins, Indiana was hard enough, but his new found vampirism didn't help.

Then comes Halloween of '84, where Billy Hargrove practically bullies his way into Eddie's space in the kitchen at Tina's party in search of weed, loud and flashy, with eyes so pretty and a grin so bright that it makes Eddie's heart nearly skip a beat. And to Eddie's surprise and delight, Billy seems just as enamored with him. What starts as a simple need for a joint, turns into an intense friendship that Eddie didn't realize he was missing in his life.

And then everything changes one night when Billy crawls through Eddie's window, bloody and drunk, and Eddie's hunger gets the best of him.

*cough* So, I took part in the Stranger Things Big Bang (2024 edition) and was so lucky that @lemonhitsu claimed my fic and made some amazing art for it, and also this banner up here! I'm so honored to have his great art on my fic, and proud to have inspired him even just a tiny bit! T^T Look at what he made! So pretty! So sad! So perfect!

My fic is a story about pining boys, with a big dose of angst and fluff, and a happy ending (and some smut just at the end). It's titled Flesh for Fantasy (thank you for the title, Billy Idol!) and you can find it here on ao3.

It's inspired by a Teen Wolf fic that I have reread a bit too many times and never fails to give me all the feels thanks to so much delicious angst and I'm a sucker for good angst, oh, yes I am! But I digress.

I loved writing my story, and mixing reality and Fantasy was a fun way to stretch my writing muscles. I was very lucky that @dragonflylady77 beta-read it for me, and that she and @medusapelagia patiently listened to me ramble while I was still writing it.
