Update
Ok guys I have to tell you what got me back on track.
My boyfriends brother has a new girlfriend and shes like super triggering. I heard her throw up in the bathroom multiple times and i feel super sorry for her, but I cant stop thinking about how shes gotten thinner than me. This summer i think she started restricting very badly, she was at my boyfriends for 2 months and I think she only ate in the evening and even then just super little. So naturally i felt like a disgusting pig besides her and i cant stop thinking about how shes visibly thinner and now that i dont see her until christmas shell eventually get even skinnier and i cant bare the thought of showing up fat.
Like her legs are so skinny like ughhh
And she also has a prettier body type than me :(
