Kindness and Consciousness

Who or what are you avoiding that is giving it control over you and keeping you small and limited, that if you let go of avoiding it will expand your life in amazing and dynamic ways?

What choices can YOU make, RIGHT NOW, that will be kind, caring, and nurturing for you and your sexy body? Perhaps choosing to acknowledge even more how sexy and sexual your body is ? Or how much your body is willing to contribute to the wealth of your life? What else is possible?

For years I felt ashamed of my body... too skinny, not muscular, too fat, too hairy, not hairy enough, too short, size of my penis, stocky legs, big hips, sticky out ears... the list could go on. Until.... I stopped buying the lies of body shame and body judgment. I am grateful for however my body chooses to show up and I acknowledge the sexualness of it regardless of what anyone else thinks or feels. What if, just for today, you don’t judge your #body in any way? Would you be willing to be that kindness for you and your body?
