Today, in class, we are doing Pasasansa or "Noose Pose." The noose is one of the tools that #Ganesha holds to help you move past your obstacles and flourish on your path. The noose captures your wandering mind and brings it back to the present. The noose also grabs and moves out attachments to old stories that limit you. I am a yoga teacher and absolutely love it! But if I don’t show up, I don’t get paid. This means I can’t get sick, my child can’t get sick, and vacations are near-none. Day 30 of 30: Last night I dreamt I sat in a library and chanted to #Sarasvati (not pictured). Tonight I went to a party in honor of the beautiful @myreemorsi. The great lady pictured greeted me when I arrived. Her lower right hand in #Abhayamudra caught my eye. This "fear not" hand gestures beckons you to go forth: fear not shit will happen. Fear not the gifts will come. Fear not. Go forth anyway. I am leaving my 30 Days Program more radiant, feeling better, more in tune with my body, my environment, and my thoughts. Tonight I found I didn't want the wine, the bread, the sweets. I was perfectly content with water and fruit. I like this. For days 24/25, I've been blessed to teach in Boise at @essentialhotyoga. I have built my career on my two passions: yoga and mythology. We all have our gifts - are you allowing the world to see yours? On the cleanse front, today I had a soy sauce based dressing (no soy or gluten allowed) and within minutes felt super tired and lethargic. Wow!!! If it wasn't for this program I would have zero clue how I'm affected by soy and/or gluten. I have 5 days left on this cleanse and I will stay on it...I like my body fine-tuned.
