You can discover your favourite band when you’re in your late twenties. You can meet your best friend when you’re in your thirties. You can finally accomplish a life goal when you’re in your fifties. Your youth isn’t the only time frame where amazing, life-changing things can happen.

Not every day has to “count.” Some days, your purpose is to make it to the next one. That counts too.

getting ready is physically a 15min task but emotionally, anywhere between 30min to 5 hours

Here’s your mid-week reminder to forgive yourself if you’ve had a crappy/tired/unproductive day/week/month/year. You are doing the best you can. Look after yourself, do what you need to do. And it doesn’t matter what time of day/week/month/year it is, it’s never too late to make a fresh start.

It’s okay if you don’t want to label yourself but please stop saying “labels are so unnecessary, we are all humans” because so many people have been struggling with their identity for a long time and need a word to hold onto, a group to belong to and people to look up to.
