Just Run.

Haven't run in a month (due to exams and moving house and general laziness), and went on my first run in our new area. Jesus did the hills cripple me, especially coming from an area with zero elevation. Also the general lack of fitness didn't help, but hey I did it anyway, with my lungs burning in my chest! Can't wait to try out some trail runs at the local conservation park!

Worst time for the corporate cup, didn't take my inhaler and spent the whole time wheezing like an idiot. Pretty disappointed. One more run in a fortnight to beat my best time.

Monday morning run! Not my usual tempo but hey, better than nothing!

Much cooler weather on my run this morning! Felt great.

Slow run today, should have woken earlier! that 30 degree (Celsius) heat was brutal! And it's not even summer yet, wtf Spring!

Corporate cup week 5!

Feels like all I do is 5k runs these days! #lazy

Tried to make up for my laziness this week by doing a fast 5k (well...fast for me anyway). Glad I could manage it but now I feel like vomiting so there you are! Happy Friday!
