Thank you all so much for enjoying my Blue Flower oc! I genuinely didn't expect so many people to like her. I've been really interested in the Blue Flower ever since Miss Mizzle teased their character in her fight. Btw for those wondering, her name is Belle! Like bluebells and as a reference to Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

My interpretation of her character is that unlike the other six flowers, Belle doesn't completely support Asgore. She's grown frustrated with his stagnation and inability to move on from the past. She sympathizes much more with Toriel and wishes she could return to her. Especially when you take into account that the 7 flowers were Toriel's wedding bouquet.

Toriel is associated alot with the color blue too. The first time her name appears in Undertale, it is written in blue text. And her room, her clothing, and dark world form is the color blue! Because of that I liked the idea that Belle might have been Toriel's favorite flower!

Since the Blue Flower is Miss Mizzle's disciple, I also think Belle inherited some of her mentor's flair for the dramatic. She's theatrical and pompous, a dancer who loves being the center of attention.

Also, I mirrored the blue flower designs in the newsletter and I noticed it looks like a silhouette of a ballerina kinda? So I drew Belle in front to match it!
