For the anon who requested hcs about Xanxusā little sister and her interactions with the Varia!!
Just some background for how Iād imagine his sister to be...
Appearance-wise, I think sheād look similar to Xanxus with slightly tanned skin, piercing red eyes, and black hair which falls just past her shoulders with wispy/piece-y bangs covering her forehead. I feel like she would also have very angular features (a stronger jawline, sharper nose, almond-shaped eyes).
Personality-wise, she would be the silent, but strong type. Sheās independent, but fiercely loyal to her brother and the Varia. Her opinions on the Vongola are very similar to her brotherās, and she distrusts Timoteo despite him having adopted her into the Vongola family. Even though she is young, she has a mature air about her, and she is not easily provoked or aggravated. She is a very logical thinker and rarely ever lets her emotions take over (unless sheās dealing with the annoying kid with the frog hood).
I donāt think she would be as highly ranked as the Varia ring guardians, most likely falling a rank or two behind them. She possesses Sky Flames and fights with two short swords.
Sheās honestly not super close to Xanxus, but the two of them understand each other very well and can communicate properly with each other with just a single look. She definitely idolizes and deeply respects her older brother, but she would never say that out loud. That doesnāt mean she wonāt argue against him when she disagrees with him though (sheās one of the few actually brave enough to do so).Ā She never receives special treatment from Xanxus even though they are related. True, heās less harsh to her than to other officers, but he expects her to accomplish her goals on her own accord and not because of her relation to him.
Surprisingly, sheās the closest to Squalo. She respects the second-in-command for his hard work and incredible skill in battle, although she could do without his constant yelling. Of course, Squalo much prefers to be working with her over Xanxus because she wonāt throw booze at his head every five seconds. He often assigns her on missions with himself so that he can check her progress as an officer of the Varia. He sees great potential in her and is secretly cheering for her as she climbs up the ranks. If anything, the two of them have a more familial relationship than her and Xanxus (something that Xanxus secretly isnāt too happy about).
She gets along well with Lussuria too, but doesnāt spend as much time with him as she does with Squalo. At times, she can find Lussuriaās colorful personality a little overbearing, but she secretly appreciates his more caring personality since she hasnāt exactly had the easiest life.
Levi would be waiting on her hand and foot though she honestly couldnāt care less. Of course, since sheās the bossā little sister, Levi does everything he can to gain her respect. But Xanxusā sister finds Levi creepy and annoying and honestly avoids him as much as she can.
Xanxusā sister would actually sort of see Bel as her rival. Heās a genius in battle and is the Storm ring guardian despite being the same age as her. Bel constantly teases her and makes fun of her lower rank, often trying to boss her around, but she doesnāt let it get to her and never obeys his āordersā. Sheās aiming to become the next Varia boss (although sheās currently not being considered for the position) so sheās just patiently waiting for the day she outranks Bel so she can exact her revenge.
She respects Mammon, but personally isnāt very close to them. They donāt interact very often and theyāre never put on missions together, so they donāt have much of a relationship. Despite not knowing much about each other, Mammon is impressed by Xanxusā sisterās abilities and is often amused by the differences in the siblingsā attitudes towards their work.
If Xanxusā sister could throw Fran out a window, she would. She almost has. To her, Fran is one of the most irritating people sheās ever had to deal with. It seems like heās one of the few people who can actually rile her up and piss her off when sheās usually calm and level-headed. His utter carelessness towards the outcome of what he says aggravates her to no end, and there have been multiple instances where sheās had her swords drawn to his throat in a flash. Fran finds her entertaining because itās just so interesting to actually see anything other than a serious, almost emotionless expression on her face.
