that its okay to take breaks

or that our friends will understand if we can't solve their problems (or all of our own for that matter)

we can't always get A’s on every test or project

or that we can't expect ourselves to hold the weight of the world on our shoulders or aim to meet everyone's expectations of us

After hours were spent in store lines and absurd amounts of cash were spent on extravagant gifts, I realized that maybe I was going about it wrong.

Christmas isn't about the price tag, it's about showing how much you care about those who are close to you. Realizing just how important it is to make and hold on to good memories because the bad times make us forget them.

I never knew what to say when someone asked what my favorite color was. I like many and I couldn't explain it enough for them to understand...

I couldn't just say, “the glow of when the sunlight hits the iris of a brown-eyed person” or “ the combination within an outdoors soapy bubble”.

“the shade of blueish-white that is the earth’s atmospheric layer” ...etc. 

I doubt anyone will really read this.

For those of you who thought I was dead...

     You were kinda right???

I started my Tumblr a LONG time ago hoping I could take some time away from the stress of school and junk to relax and show people online something that I’m really passionate about. My (amateur) photography! As you can see... that didn't exactly work out for me. I’ve had a hard time.

I’ve met people who have hurt me and lost the ones who truly did care. I've had external struggles as well as some within me. I slipped up and fell hard.

But I’m back! I’m here to try again! Maybe not at photography, but just to meet new people and make better memories.
