Beautiful loner

And within months I became a forgotten memory lost in the rumbles of your chaotic past. My presence brings nothing but contemptuous expressions and hardly any empathy. I loved you and that was the hardest part, feeling your rejection forged apertures within my heart which bleed for your touch. For your fingers to gently brush my cheeks while slowly parting my lips with yours. All I have ever yearned for was that schmaltzy moment where my fears of losing you became non-existent.

My bones grind to ashes from the grueling pain of your absence. Blood draining from my apertures into the cosmetic lens of my forefathers. The price of freedom is honoured to no man and you will lose yourself trying to mitigate the misery from your world. Beloved child of this earth, the sinner of all sins, you are just another lost soul. Tread lightly for this is not the end.

I hate that he understands the complex diversity of my mind.He silently plunged kisses onto my forehead, removing all thoughts him leaving.He pulled me closer to gently brush his fingers through my untamed hair which he takes pleasure in knowing that he ruffled.His eyes darkened with desire, which aroused me. My body was yearning for him again. My thoughts were rudely intervened with a passionate “farewell” kiss, which somehow felt like a “hello” kiss from two lost lovers. We have not mastered letting each other go with an instant goodbye; we have a habit of doing things in twos. The first will never be good enough.

Thinking that people are supposed to do or be anything other than what they are is like saying that the tree over there should be the sky.

Submerged by the intricate reality of life. I’m reeling from the untamed voices of my past ancestors while repeating the horrors of their human like behaviour. I wish not to be like them, but I’m in mental slavery.
