FINALLY.AFTER SO MANY YEARS

I've loved and have been rooting for Kagihira since the first extra they appeared and five years later here we are 🥹🥹🥹 Oh they're finally at this stage in their relationship I'm genuinely so happy.

A lot of thoughts about this chapter definitely.When chapter 30 released I was worried of how things were going to turn out with Kagi impulsively diving in for a kiss when Hirano has been shown in previous chapters to be uncomfortable/uncertain with intimate gestures like kissing and stuff.

The face he makes and the fact that he instinctively smacked Kagi hard enough to bruise his cheek makes it undeniably clear that he did not enjoy being kissed so suddenly like that (I mean who would really)

His expression kills me because never did I think I'd ever see Hirano look like that.

Kagi seems to think that way too

(I know Hirano looks very disturbed here but I just gotta say that I appreciate how well drawn it is.Something about the line weight,the details and the overall expression is just so well illustrated.It still kills me tho my poor baby)

We can all agree that what Kagi did was very wrong and out of line but he clearly is guilty and remorseful of his actions.Even being so confused as to why Hirano was still being so nice and worried about him when he's the one who stepped out of line and made Hirano uncomfortable first.

I love that Kagi was made to see what he did was wrong and he immediately goes to acknowledge and apologize for his actions. (while I wished they had emphasized his remorse and apology just a teensy little bit more, I'll just blame it on the way he gets interrupted by Hirano worrying about the fact that he hurt him enough to bruised his cheek that Kagi never gets to put any of his words in.) Kagi's mishap isn't brushed off and so is Hirano's own feelings.Despite wanting to make him happy, Hirano wasn't made to sacrifice his own discomfort regardless of how much he wants to make Kagi happy in general.While he doesn't mind hugging, kissing is definitely still out of the picture (Arospec Hirano canon,everyone cheered)

I'm just glad that they managed to work things out and got to set out clear boundaries and what they should do and not do in the future.Harusono Sensei never will I doubt you ever because I personally really loved this chapter.

Hirano acknowledged Kagi as a person he loves oh I used to pray for this.Also the way Kagi noticed that Hirano didn't like being touched in his lower back🫠🫠 he understands and pays attention to him so much I'm gonna cry.

Even if the things they want don't overlap, what does is this mutual love built on adoration, care and genuine desire to be with each other,regardless of a physical relationship.To pursue a relationship that allows them to be the person who loves and cares about the other the most,above anyone else.I love Kagihira so much that whole sentiment is so beautiful.
