Our foundation truly makes a difference. It is when trials come that shows our faith to be unshakable.

Only our best is good enough.

Seasons of Life

"The storms of our life prove the strength of our Anchor."

There are different seasons of our life. There are times of sadness, pain and sorrow, as well as a time for laughter and joy. Challenges are also inevitable. There are times we think we've hit a wall or a dead end. But God would never give us more than we can handle. He would never give us something that we cannot overcome. And most of the time, He would test our patience. We wait. Wait for an answer for a certain prayer or situation; just waiting on Him. Then, we tend to lose our composure. But no matter what season of our life we are in right now, we should praise Him because He never changes.

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." || Hebrews 13:8

His promises will endure. He is definitely invisibly present with us at all times.

Lone Cypress

There might be times in our lives that we have a moment of weakness. We have this dark clouds around our heads. We feel lonely. But God promised that "he will never leave you nor forsake you ." || Deuteronomy 31:6

His promises are true and comforting. I think that if you are feeling lonely, Kari Jobe's song, I am not Alone, might lift you up because she speaks of His promises:

"When I walk through deep waters, I know that you will be with me. I am not alone. You will go before me. You will never leave me. You fight my every battle."

He will always be our refuge and our strength. Trust in Him.

Blurred Lights

Into the darkness you shine.

Sometimes you can’t help but have uncertainties in life. You can never be sure of what your future holds. But as it is written, “to everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.” || Ecclesiastes 3:1 

He has definitely made everything beautiful in His time.

New Beginnings

A few weeks ago, I was inspired to share my photos to be able to inspire others around me, be an encouragement, share the word, and at the same time to remind myself to be humble and express love in everything I do.

I delivered a message the Sunday right after Valentine’s about how we should get along and be at peace with everyone. Of course it isn’t an easy task, but I concluded with a familiar saying:

"They don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care."

It’s a daily struggle to be compassionate at all times. But with continuity, I believe that we’ll eventually be able to become a better person. After all, love is not only expressed in terms of feelings but also in action; Agapeo.
