This elderly tortoise was the mayor for many years, of many towns, until he retired in New Leaf! Recently he’s been absent from the games (but I’m sure he’s doing fine and totally isn’t dead…Isabelle would tell me, right?)! As the mayor, he did a lot for the town, directing festivals, dressing as Cornimer, making the human do things…And now he runs a paradise games center with Kapp’n’s family! So open up New Leaf or City Folk, and go tell the best mayor (excluding the human) a very happy birthday!
