Pic of my dinner at Ottoburger last night. Amazeballs burger! 1/2 lb of 100% grass fed local beef, heritage bacon, Lancaster cheddar, fried farm egg, and a spicy garlic aioli, encased a fried langoš bun. (Langoš is a Hungarian fried flatbread). OMG! Came with hand cut fries, slaw, pickled vegetables, and three house made dipping sauces that were all made from local beets! Just had a Black Cow (root beer float) at Weber’s Root Beer. Sooo glad they were open! Every other time I passed by they’ve been closed for the season. A little late posting, but this is the dinner I had at Pastis last night in the Meatpacking District. Incredible Filet Steak Frites. My friend @joergraham had the Lobster Frites, and I had the Profiteroles for dessert. Not sure what Joe’s dessert was called, but he said it was delicious.
