It has an old charm and country side feel to it. Most of the shops are open at ten in the morning or at 12 noon. On our second day, we explored the city on a hop on hop off bus.

I revel in the diversity of this city. The streets of London are full of sounds and music that fills my heart with the desire to believe in my dreams. It is hard to be far away from home especially during Christmas time but being able to see the world from a different angle and the possibility to widen my horizon somehow makes all the sacrifices worthwhile.

I just love hearing church bells and Christmas carols. There is some sense of safety for me whenever I hear these sounds. We were lucky to witness the London SantaCon and the Royal College of Music's performance while visiting St. Paul's Cathedral last week and two weeks ago.
