We jogged the Williamsburg Bridge (1.5 miles) in under 12 minutes and then we exercised at one of my favorite parks. 💯 Push-ups, Pull-ups, Dips, Squats, and Lunges (forgot to record the leg exercises). I’m proud of them. They thought they couldn’t do it but it was all in their mind.
