Day 33
Today is Thursday, and it has been the longest day ever. This is the first week I worked every day. It was a long day, that kind of day when you need 2 cups of coffee. Nevertheless, I never let anything personal effect my work ethic. I updated Patty on the new show Extant and told her all about what I watched last night. She was very impressed by the way I told the story because it was as if she watched it herself. Today I also handled the phone interviews, updated the twitter page, and edited audio. During my time here at my internship all interns were given the opportunity to create a segment where we can talk about any topic and interview people so we have a project of our own to leave with. My topic I'm working on is girls who have natural hair and the difficulty of maintaining it. I'm supposed to come up with questions to ask my interviewers and then we record it this coming Wednesday. I'm so excited to do this piece because its a project that means something to me and I'll leave my internship with something else accomplished.
