"At least we have Zara…" She whispered, though she knew Zara wanted a sibling as much as she and Keith wanted another child…

"Yeah, at least we’ve got our baby girl… We can give her all of our attention and love… Whatever she wants to do…" Keith tried to get her to see the bright side of things.

Natasha nodded sadly, their focus would always be on Zara now…

"We can teach her to be one of those little geniuses who reads already… Which she does, we can teach her Russian, and sports," he kissed the side of Natasha’s head softly again.

"We should take her to DisneyWorld… She really wanted to go…" And it’s not like they needed to save anymore…

"Y-Yeah, we can do that. I can book something tomorrow. How does a week and a half sound? Then we can spend two weeks in the company's beach house down in Orlando," he said softly, playing with Natasha's red hair.

"Hmm, breaks are for wimps," he whispered and kissed her full lips as his hands touched her newly exposed skin.

Natasha laughed a little, pulling off his own shirt and gladly returning the kisses

Her pants went soon after as he flurried kisses from her neck down to her navel and back.

"I think you’re wearing too many clothes, dear" she teased lightly

"Would you like to do something about it?" He whispered against her stomach and winked at his wife.

"Thanks baby," he said appreciatively to her and smiled a bit at her kiss. "Love you," he said.

"Love you too. Now stay put…" She called adage headed to the kitchen, reappearing a short while later "I got you an appointment with the doctor this morning before that scan, and Clint’s coming to pick up Zara and take her to school…"

Keith smiled softly and thanked her for the water, “You didn’t have to do that, but thank you,” he carefully had her sit with him, “Now.. I have to talk to our baby for a moment, okay?” He asked her.

"What about it?.." she asked worriedly, her heart sinking at the sudden change in conversation

"Nothing bad, baby, just relax," he quickly kissed Natasha's lips before leaning down to her stomach and flattening out her pajama shirt. He grinned and kissed her stomach before whispering, "hey baby... It's your daddy. I just wanted to say that I love you, very much. And that your mom and I cannot wait to meet you. So hang in there, okay? Please?" he kissed her stomach a few more times before pulling away, "Okay... You can go get Zara ready now.. I'm going to get ready for this appointment, and move some work meetings to this afternoon," he told Natasha.

Keith drew in a deep breath once she’d turned him onto his side. It’d helped more than she’d ever know, now that he was on his side. He took in a few more breaths, “I’m okay… I’m okay,” he whispered to her softly.

"What happened?" She asked as she sat behind him supporting his back

"N-Not sure… I just.. Couldn’t breathe," he half lied. He couldn’t tell her this about this now…

"You should go to the doctor" she whispered, pressing a kiss to his cheek "stay here, I’ll get you some water"

"Thanks baby," he said appreciatively to her and smiled a bit at her kiss. "Love you," he said.

"Me too.. It’s been a while since I had my way with you," he grinned innocently at her.

Natasha smirked "It has been far too long"

"We should get to work then," he said as his hands trailed down the side of her ribs slowly and to the hem of her shirt. He slowly began lifting it.

"Such hard work" Natasha teased as she rested her hands above her head

"Tell me about it. There will be built-in breaks, right?" He teased her softly as he began removing her shirt and tossed it aside.
