Hey I was a sick person who was obsessed with death scenes, here's a lil short one that I wrote with inspirations from other fanfics from ao3
Lila suddenly woke up with a dull headache. She put her hands on her head and felt dizzy when she saw her own blood. The girl tried to sit up when she felt something heavy weighing down her chest. She looks and sees Marinette on top of her, not moving.
She moves the girl aside, ignoring the annoyance that seeps in at the thought of having been in contact with her. Lila moves slowly, her head throbbing more and more. She looks around and sees the countless rubble that used to be their classroom.
Lila turns again to Marinette, who still isn't moving. She shakes her, in an attempt to wake her up.
Marinette continued to lie very still.
Lila sighs deeply as she rolls her eyes. Who knew she's a deep sleeper. She'll have to figure out what's going on after this.
"Marinette, you have to wake up." She shakes her again with more force. Marinettes head only lolled lifelessly in accord to the shaking.
Marinettes eyes were open.
Her very pale face contorted in pain and shock, her mouth slightly open. Blood caked on a side of her forehead. Red fluid flowing from her nose and out her mouth.
There was so much blood that Lila wondered how all of it could come out from her classmates little body. Her dead body.
Lila chokes out a sob. No it can't be. Lila remembers Marinetter saving her as she was pushed to the side. She couldn't be dead. Lila sits up and pushes Marinette with as much force as she can. This will surely stop whatever kind of sick joke this is.
Marinette just rolled limply. Her limbs splaying in an unnatural manner, head flopping to the side.
She hated her, she really did. But she didn't wish for her to die.
She honestly admired the girl. With how many things she had she couldn't imagine getting through the right methods.
Lila puts her hands to her face, hisses as she touches a wound. And then she remembers.
She remembers how the tired Marinette fought and threw herself to protect her.
And she lost her life doing so.
She doesn't know what to do with that information.
Lila vomits. And she blames it on her concussion (probaby?) Which hurts so badly right now.
She looks at Marinette who continues to stare at nothing with parted lips, dead eyes, arms spread limply.
"You idiot." Lila spits out, tears streaming down her face.
She wonders what she felt. She wonders if she died peacefully - ofcourse she didn't. She died painfully - and wondered about the last things she thought about. She wondered why.
Why she was such a kind idiot?
Lila just sat down with her uncontrolled sobs.
