His quirk is called Zero Horizon and it allows him to steal, absorb, and store momentum from his own and other people’s movements. He can recycle this momentum to travel at high speeds, create shockwaves, and adjust his movement mid-air as well as on the ground. He also can offload his stored momentum onto objects and people to launch them in the direction he’s facing, but he has to touch them first.
