edit: for the uninformed, town of robloxia: destroyed was a roblox webcomic inspired by undertale which was cancelled back in 2023 due to the owner being exposed.

i no longer want to be associated with tor:d or kellel due to recent events, i'm merely posting my unused work that never got to see the light of day. i've pulled out and revoked use of my assets in the project

CHAPTER 9 WORK

unfinished rooms and concept sketch of the scripting, building and biology exhibits meant for chapter 9.2, there were going to be paintings on the walls that when interacted with, will display a fully drawn art of the painting itself. honestly these are some of my favorite rooms i've made

-tome designs! these were basically levels of scripting that gives and limits developers' scripting capabilities. funfact: the 6th tome design shares roughly the same color palette as derse from homestuck

a couple of npcs that would appear in chapter 9, featuring me!!! self-insert donning a CLEVER DISGUISE. 1X4 would interact with them in the projector room and pay to have their shell shined, which would change their sprite to their new redesign

“You’re lookin’ quite pale there.”

“How about for a meager amount of TIX, I shine your shell?”

"ok bye lol"

-we don't talk about gloddy

-as for the scientist, she would've given 1X4 a speed coil and a healing item, "pup-tarts". pup-tarts actually had a description that i really liked

"Pupalicious! (slogan WIP please do not use this Susan)"

room after the ice wall and 2 enemies that would've appeared together, pillow main (super scuffle) and wiz (super cube cavern)

-if you look closely you can see slight differences in the sprites compared to previous rooms, i couldn't help myself but to remake them to fit my current tastes at the time of making the room

the tour guide!! i had a whole animation planned for her that i absolutely dreaded working on everyday. you can see her older design in the gif attached

MISCELLANEOUS

tiles and sprites for area 3 and 5, castle in the sky and super bomb survival, honestly i could've done better on spriting the carpet there

-meet john bomb from rblxware! he's the miniboss for sbs, i think this artwork was going to be used for his battle card (which i think was something we had planned?)

concept art and character designs, i wanted to see if there's any other battle ui layout and status effect indicators that could work

-the developer and player admins!! tor:d's equivalent of the gaster role(s), i really wanted player's main design to be the jester but we settled on it being her hardmode design instead, also her eyes are placed inside her mouth

-surprise surprise the role list still hasn't changed since the old tor:d. here's john doe's design after being banished to banlands, it's actually pretty kickass if you ask me

-hardmode polyhex's design, i never got to finishing it since it was made on stream, it's subtly inspired by one of their older character designs actually! i can't remember if their gem eye paralleling john's weird eye was intentional or not but i think it's cool

and to top it all off here's a fun thing i made using homestuck's moonsetter cover palette, i would've suggested we do a scene like this when we got to the point but like. then THAT happened
