kinseyhardmanâ:
kinsey was trying to keep up with kaydonâs all over the place conversations, his head resting on her cheek sending a shiver down her spine. this was hard being around him, especially knowing she turned him into the person he has become. but the goofy guy showing and letting her in between his drunkenness was showing a glimpse of hope that maybe he didnât truly hate her after all. âboth, but you do know me,â she whispered giving his hand a small squeeze as it stayed within hers. âcause youâre my babyâ she replied but quickly covered it, âor you used to be at least,â she cleared her through but was soo distracted from the sadness in her own voice as he went on to explain how drunk he was. A laugh finally coming from the girl once again, âoh god you better not vomit,â her face twisted jokingly in disgust before she was soon swept off her feet. her eyes opening wide and smile escaping her. when placed back on the ground she took hold of him again worried his dizziness from spinning would only be worse cause of his drunken state. âNow?â her eyes went large as his hands grasped her hips more, âkay I donât think you should do thatâ i mean, you wouldnât normally. not now anyways, not if you werenât drunkâŚyouâll regret it later after you sleep this off if you do. â She whispered her face however moved closer to his, her arms snaking around his neck, fingers running through his hair, âI wouldnât stop you though.â
he missed her, even after all this time and the countless women heâd bedded since she left, his heart ached for this blonde girl who had him wrapped around her little finger- even now. with fewer inhibitions, kaydon was able to sort of insinuate the way he felt about her, just wanting her close, smelling the sweet smell of the shampoo she used when her blonde hair tickled his nose. it was hard, going to the same school as her and wanting to be near her, but needing to remain distant. he needed the space, because otherwise it would all come out. his feelings, the out of control way heâd been feeling lately, and that wasnât her problem anymore, not since sheâd left. âused to be,â his shoulders slumped, his inebriated brain processing the fact that they were broken up, and his arms loosened from around her waist for a moment. her laugh made him smile faintly, his gaze softening at the lighthearted sound- god, when was the last time he laughed? it felt like forever, since heâd showed any emotion. it kept him from getting hurt, true, but it was also goddamn lonely to act as if you hated everything and everyone. âbut i want to, i miss kissing you,â kaydon whined, burying his face in the crook of her neck as his arms wound around her waist loosely, all her cautions that heâd regret it going in one drunk ear and right out the other. all he knew was that he was feeling everything heâd pushed down for so long, and he wasnât sure how to process anything he was feeling. her fingers running through his hair felt good and the boy hummed softly, nipping at her neck as he pressed lazy kisses on it, gently pressing her against the lockers in the empty hallway. âbut i want you,â he murmured in a hoarse voice, his mouth reaching her ear and pressing a gentle kiss beneath it.
