Karamatsu is based on a real person
I'll tell you something I've known for a long time.
At 10:25, Osomatsu san screenwriter Matsubara Shuu was asked something like, "Do you have any characters based on real people?". He replied that it was Karamatsu.
Matsubara says something like: "The second son may act cool, but he has an attitude of forgiving everything and accepting everything. The guy I modeled him after is like that too" and "even when Karamatsu is told something terrible or unreasonable, he responds with 'I understand' or 'I guess that's one way to look at things.'"
I would be very grateful if someone could translate this passage correctly. Everyone should know about it.
