since it's my 31st birthday today, i indulged myself and wrote a post about how i approach my writing about media that isn't necessarily accessible or even interesting to everyone.

wrote about the japanese reception to cordwainer smith and how he may have pioneered a lot of anime tropes like catgirls and is the reason evangelion has the term, human instrumentality project.

i wrote about the books i've been reading that explores autism as a political identity and neurodiversity as a critical theory, and why i want to incorporate their insights into my thoughts on japanese subculture media and more.

i wrote about the "treatment" of kirk allen, a science fiction fan who was pathologized by a therapist, and what it says about disability, neurodiversity, and subculture media as a media for alienated people

wrote about a body horror movie that came out. demi moore was pretty good in it.

i wrote about my complicated feelings on cohost, the internet looking more like dead mall, and what it feels to blog in this post-apocalyptic landscape.

crymachina is now one of my favorite games of all time because its take on queer politics really resonates with me. i want more people to play this game. it's an unbelievably politically radical game that no one has really engaged with.

i don’t think it’s good, but it was interesting at least.
