Dream Big

Here's what I'm thinking: back yard + normal trampoline = broken arm.

But: back yard + in ground trampoline = less chance of a broken arm.

See, I know a kid can break anything just about any way. But the closer they are to the ground, the less damage gravity can do to them. I hope. 

Anybody see anything wrong with this?  Anyone at all? 

Okay, so I'm ignoring everything in this room other than the net thing at the top of the room. 

Here's what I'm imagining: stuffed animals, pillows, blankets, cuddling up with Dr. Suess books and reading. 

Sure I could read my baby girl to sleep on a normal bed. And she will have one of those. But how many kids can climb a ladder and lay on a net? Not many. And when she isn't up there, dreaming of a better world, her stuffed animals can be. 

Our family stacks our pots and pans. And I'm going to be honest, it is a pain in the ass to pull the entire pile out to get to one in the middle. Besides that our cabinets aren't as wide as we would like and we have to maneuver the entire stack to get the handles out.

I will be the first in my family to tell you this: I HATE THOSE PLASTIC SILVERWARE DIVIDERS! I have to do dishes by hand, and when I see my sister put my pristine, sparkling silverware into our grey thing, I cringe. It's nasty and no matter how much I clean it; it is still nasty.

I'm not quite sure why... but I adore this. I'm not sure that I would ever have it in my house as I'm too much of a modern girl and it would clash with the other rooms. 

As the oldest kid in my house, it is my job to crawl through the closet and dig out the box of wrapping paper. I'm the only one strong enough to get the box out (my sister can't) and the only one who can be forced to do it (my parent's aren't going to force themselves). Besides they don't want to come upstairs.
