We've passed the 4-year mark. To be honest, there were many times along the way I wasn't sure we could make it this far. But we did, and I'm glad for it.

Almost three years with this one. It's been one hell of a ride this year, going through multiple arguments and personal challenges. Really glad we came out of it all stronger and still together. Here's to working our butts off for the next few years to fund our little home! <3

Thinking about the sunset situation yesterday. We were in a location where we couldn't see the sun, and I was admittedly slightly disappointed (because you know, I obviously have a thing for pretty skyscapes). Then suddenly we found ourselves enveloped in rosy light as beautiful pink clouds hung overhead. Sadly, I didn't stop to savour the fleeting moment, but instead tried in vain to capture it on (phone camera) lens.
