I received a request for a fast-pounding exercise heartbeat, so I did it the simplest and most effective way I know how: fucking squats. I hate squats, but I love hearing my heart’s reaction to them. Gradually quickening as I hold the first one, pumping harder and harder, shaking my chest with every beat. It gets a tiny break when my legs started burning too much, but not much of one, because I just went up and down instead. Poor heart, barely keeping up with the stress I put on it. So close to fibrillating… just a few chaotic beats away… 😅
