"Dearest Traveler,

A little bird told me that you wouldn't be attending this year's Windblume Festival. What a shame! So I thought I'd send you a few fond memories; you can buy me a drink to thank me later!

I can hear Mondstadters bickering about what the "real" windblume is already. hehe! In legend, there was a nameless flower whose roots grew ever stronger when struck by howling gales. Thus did this "windblume" become code among Mondstadt's first revolutionaries: the embodiment of their strength, courage, & dreams enduring.

Sometimes I wish to tell them the same secret I have shared with you… that there are as many windblumes in the world as people, and no single flower. There has never been--and yet, will always be--windblumes all around us. Their essence cannot be pinned down, for such dreams can never be contained.
