So pic on the left was last year. The pic on right was this year in late July or early August. N so far when I started I weighed 227 lbs. n now I weigh 196lbs. That’s 30 lbs less. Even with an shoulder injure n having to take it slow. Just been eating right. N slowing going to the gym n starting over with weights. But still at it. Been going to the gym for almost 2 weeks. The gym is my BF... I'm loving myself more and more. Seeing some changes is always a plus. I keep pushing myself.. When I am restarted this journey I weighed myself at 227lbs. Not sure if it was the heaviest. But it's one of the heaviest that I remember. I weigh 208.8lbs so far. I'm working hard this time. Been eating well. But once I started to go to the gym I have been feeling way better. 💪🏽 booty gains. 🍑 stomach going down.. Trying to gain muscle and lose fat. 😂
The shirt I'm wearing was one I have owned for more than 7yrs. I still have it to remind me where I come from. N not wanting to go back to where I was. I was only allowed to wear big shirts. This shirt is a xl. I am stronger. I love me more than I did before.
After my workout. Feeling good.. Slowly but surely. I will see a difference.. Getting stronger everyday. Im not gonna say everything is going as plan. Got a raise at work. But my love life isn't going as plan. That's a set back but I'm working on me.

Today I decided to get up and run. Been putting my fitness journey on hold for a quite a while. I decided that lets not wait for Monday so I can workout. Let's start now. Like getting up to workout isn't as hard as ppl make it seem. It's the eating right that's hard. Shit I'm still new at this. One cheat meal will turn into a cheat week or month. So I'm not gonna blame my setbacks on anyone else but me. I put this weight on myself. Well today is the day I'm getting back on track. So in a month let's see how I feel. I'm only counting on myself. Maybe I'll be able to run a mile non stop. So feel like I'm coughing up a lung. It's not gonna happen over night. I know this and sometimes I feel like I don't see any changes. But that's all in my mind. I'm trying this tea. Trimtuf, let's see how it goes. I don't expect to lose a shit ton of weight. But if it helps with a kick start then why the fuck not. I'm gonna try this. I know I'm rambling. But as of today I weigh 221 lbs not my best but not my heaviest. So let's see it go down. My run/ walk was 3.40 in under a hour. I don't like to run but I realized it my way of calming myself.
