aki tells the god to cut the seeds out of his belly and that since he's going to die anyway the god should protect the seeds. the god is startled to find aki choosing to protect the seeds because usually humans try to threaten the god or destroy the seeds out of vengeance when they realize they're about to die.
so the god tells aki that the thorns will retract if the seeds feel safe and tells him that birthing into the soil should do the trick. he opens a hole in the dirt and lowers aki into it and once he's in the earth the thorns disappear and the pain eases.
but aki still has to birth the brood of seeds that are the size of large eggs and as the contractions grow harder, he feels one press through his hips and begin to stretch his cock.

The TLDR of the concept is very much âCreature that impregnates you with your worst fear/representation of your worst fearâ. I will say I also based myself on the most common phobias I could think of, tho also some extras. Jeje.
