Staff Canoe Trip day is one of my favorites! I had forgotten that while I have kayaked a lot, I had not whitewater canoed since I had broken my foot. Sitting on me knees with my toes pointed behind me for hours was not a position my foot was used to being in. #PassTheIbuprophen (at Hiwassee River)
