Kamen Y stares at Mist for a moment or two before looking away and focusing his attention onto something else. It’s only until a few moments of silence pass does his mask face Mist again.
He doesn’t speak.
What? Why are you looking at me like that?
I thought you’d berate me for what happened. After all… the reason why Ciel disappeared was partly because of me.
Kamen Y tilts his head.
Sometimes I wonder what goes on inside your head. You have potential, you’re surrounded by strong Bladers, you could keep moving forward, and yet you choose to stay stuck in the past.
Is Ciel that important to you?
Would you be willing to abandon Comet Calico for a bond that could come down and destroy itself?
A mixture of emotions swirl inside Mist’s eyes at the first comment. But then, the glimmer hardens, and there’s a flicker of bright red.
Don’t ever say that to me when you’ve done the same. No, you’re doing it right now too. You can’t move on from Jaxon Cross, can you? You’re so obsessed you can’t see the fact you’ve already lost everything in trying to become close with him again.
Tears gather in the corner of his eyes, and whatever fight had appeared was gone as quickly as it had come.
Ciel is that important to me. But maybe you’d never understand because you’ve never taken a step back to reflect on everything you feel before taking action!
Kamen Y’s hand lifts from his side, but then it drops down again. He watches as Mist gives him one final glare before running off.

Yeah, I view Chrome as gay and demiromantic! I don't think about the demisexual part because well
Sexual attraction is not something I ever think about when it comes to ANY sort of media with any characters (bleh), I only focus on romance, but you could view it that way
Of course he isn't interested in romance right now considering his life keeps crumbling, building back up, then being detonated, but maybe someday the guy will find someone. Or not! I think all the beyx characters could live in a nice big house together after everything settles mayhaps. You don't need a partner to live a fulfilling life after all
