Nico: What are you doing?

Kirihiko: Since I'm in employee relations and I'm a Rogue Akiko wants me to look at potential recruits for the next batch of Rogues

Lachesis: Anyone we know?

Kirihiko: Maybe? Not sure, anyway wanna walk with me to the break room? I could use some company and to get away from this desk for a bit

Lachesis: You don't want us to take over?

Kirihiko: Nah it's fine come on

Lachesis: Sure that will put us near the labs so we can check on Nyelv and Kuroto next

Nico: *tensese up*

Kirihiko: Relax Nico you and Hanto are far more likely to upset them than they are you

Nico: *crosses her arms and looks away* I don't know what you're talking about

Jo: *without stopping her training* Mind grabbing me some water? I just finished what I had

Lachesis: Sure thing *picks up Jo's water bottle*

Nico: Give it to me, I'll go do it

Jo: *still training* How's he doing?

Lachesis: Admittedly better than I expected, keep an eye out for Daiki and Karakida it sounds like they're coming out to spar before their next patrol

Nico: *runs up to Jo and hands him his waterbottle* Here

Nico: Yeah, no problem, um anything else?

Jo: No thank you, I'm going to train a bit longer then I've got some paperwork to do

Lachesis: K we'll leave you to it, let me know if you need anything, we're heading for Kirihiko next. *after a minute of walking in silence* Why the sudden change in attitude?

Nico: *grumbling* I don't know what you're talking about

Lachesis: As you're like Tsukasa and Daiki don't wanna admit what you're feeling that's fine, I can tell you secretly like us

Nico: *whispering to Hanto* Hey how are you holding up?

Hanto: *whispering* It actually hasn't been that bad, you?

Lachesis: Let's go Saiba we've still got several people to check on

Takeru: *watching off to the side* They don't even realize they're already treating each other better

Tsukasa: *Turns visible next to him* No they don't, I'm proud of my misfits for putting in the effort

Tsukasa: He could learn from me, everyone expects him to be invisible because he does it all the time, everyone forgets I can do it too

*Team Rogue's Office*

Daiki: God today is so slow, I'm caught up on my paperwork for once and there's no calls coming in for our team

Hanto: *reading next to him* What do you usually do on slow days?

Daiki: Bug my teammates

Lachesis: Hey Daiki time for a check-in do either of you need anything?

Daiki: Something to do I'm so bored

Hanto: I'm good thank you

Lachesis: Why don't you guys go train for a bit?

Daiki: Yeah sure why not? Think you can beat me Valen?

Hanto: Sure if you're not cheating by calling three other Riders to back you up

Daiki: It's not cheating if it's in my kit!

Tsukasa: *passing by* Yes it is, so is freezing time while we're at it

Lachesis: So what did he want?

Heure: *grinning* To get dinner

Lachesis: Alright let's go! Did you say yes?

Heure: I told him I couldn't because of team bonding and asked if we could grab breakfast instead and he said yes

Nico: Is that all?

Woz: Yeah it feels like you're leaving something out

Heure: He kissed me!

Lachesis and Heure: *laughing together*

Heure: *eyes wide* What's the rumor?

Sougo: I heard you have a crush on me? Is that true?

Heure: *sputtering* I... well... you see *takes a deep breath while looking down* Yes it's true

Sougo: *lifts his chin and kisses him gently* Wanna go somewhere after work?

Heure: Yes... but I can't we have team bonding tonight and I don't want to bail I'm sorry. Could we maybe grab breakfast before our shift tomorrow?

Sougo: Sure thing, I'll pick you up. *kisses his cheek and heads for the door* See you later

Sougo: I came to ask Woz for some files on Kabuto and his friends. Can I talk to you alone for a minute?

Heure: *looks to the others*

Lachesis: Go ahead we've got this I don't think Akiko will be upset

Heure: *sighs and follows him into an empty room* What is it? Did I do something wrong?

Sougo: Yeah avoiding me, I thought we were friends

Heure: We are? I didn't think you liked me that much

Sougo: Of course I do, do you not want to be

Heure: *quickly* Of course I do! *trips over his own feet trying to move closer*

Sougo: *catches him* Gotcha, you alright?

Lachesis: Hey Woz I'm here with Heure and Saiba to help you update the personnel files. What can we do?

Woz: *looks up from computer* Thanks I appreciate it *notices Heure hanging back behind Lachesis and Nico* Hello Heure how are you doing?

Heure: *Jumps* I'm uh I'm good what about you?

Woz: I'm fine, can I ask why you seem to be avoiding me?

Heure: I'm not!

Lachesis: Smooth, real convincing

Woz: Are you worried that if you mess up in front of me I'll say something bad about you to Sougo?

Heure: *bright red* No! Look let's get to work, Lachesis and Nico need to finish their check-ins. *rushes to nearest computer*

Lachesis: He's right come on *sits next to him*

Woz: *going back to work* Then why?

Heure: *sighs* It's not you I'm avoiding, it's Sougo. I always get flustered around him and make a fool of myself and Geiz is usually with him and he doesn't hesitate to call attention to it. I honestly have no issues with you but he could show up at anytime around you.

Sougo: *standing in the doorway* Is that why I can never find you anymore?

Daiki: *scoffs*Have some faith in me I didn't ditch him he wanted to have lunch with his boyfriend. That's allowed during these two weeks right?

Akiko: Ok so that answers the second question now answer the first. Why are you here?

Daiki: Valen's with me today so I don't have to worry about him. Saiba however is more hateful than him and I wanted to make sure Lachesis and the others were ok

Akiko: *shakes her head* Go eat lunch before Hanto's back so you can get back to work

Daiki: I'm not in trouble?

Akiko: You weren't listening in on anything private but this is your warning leave Nico alone and trust that if she does something wrong your teammates can handle it

Daiki: Fine, fine I'm leaving *walks out the door*

Akiko: *yelling after him* Go the other way Daiki

Heure: Here's the files you asked for

Akiko: *takes files* Thank you please go help Woz update the personnel files

Heure: Do I have to can't I do something else

Akiko: No

Lachesis: *walks in with Nico* Check-in time do either of you need anything.

Akiko: No thanks I'm good

Heure: Could you help Woz for a bit so I can take a break?

Lachesis: Sure

Akiko: No way you're not getting out of it that easily. They can help you and Woz then you can take a break but you're not using your teammates and a break to get out of working with them.

Heure: *groans* I was so close

Lachesis: *throws an arm around him* Come on we'll help you get it done, three of us means it'll be three times faster. Let's go Nico, we're going to the archives

Akiko: *smiles fondly* Sneaky little shits all of them *reaches out to grab an invisible Daiki* you need to come up with some new tricks you can't fool me or your team

Lachesis: Anytime

Nico: *mumbling* No problem

Lachesis: Hey Takeru do you need anything?

Takeru: Nah I'm good thanks anyway

Lachesis: Alright come on Saiba let's check on Heure next he's sorting through the archives to find something for Akiko so we may as well see if the boss needs anything too

Nico: And you guys do this everyday?

Lachesis: Yeah someone takes charge everyday and depending on how long the checks take sometimes thats all they do for the day. Like Heure said this morning no one cares enough to check on us so we check on each other

Nico: *mumbling* I didn't realize you guys were so close

Lachesis: Yeah because we're not a team

Nico: What do you mean?

Lachesis: We're a family, we're messy, we fight sometimes, but we love each other and work well together because of it, we stopped seeing ourselves as just a team a while ago.

Nico: *uncomfortably* That sounds nice I guess...

Lachesis: *smirking* Jealous?

Nico: *turns away, lying badly* As if! Our team gets along just fine and we care about each other too it's not just your team.

Lachesis: *snickering* Whatever you say gamer girl, by the way Parado said you still haven't beaten him yet.

Nico: Oh shut up!

Lachesis: Make me *dashes off towards the archives*

Nico: Yes?

Maya: The team is going to karaoke after this for team bonding. You are part of the team for the next 2 weeks and are welcome to come if you'd like

Nico: If Genm will be there I'll pass

Takeru: *overhears while passing by* I think you should go. You're supposed to be getting to know each other. Team Rogue is putting in effort, their team bonding karaoke trips are important to them and they rarely let people not on the team join them

Nico: Do I have to?

Takeru: Technically no but remember part of my job is reporting any progress, or lack of progress, I see the next two weeks

Nico: *groans* Fine I'll go

Takeru: Thank you

Lachesis: Yo Saiba it's time for our first check-in let's go. Maya everything good on your end? Do you need anything?

Maya: Could you watch the comms for a minute so I can stretch my legs and grab some coffee?

Lachesis: Sure *sits at her own desk and picks up from where Maya left off* Mio do you wanna go with her?

Mio: That would be nice

Lachesis: You heard her Saiba, take over for her while she takes a quick break

Nico: Don't tell me what to do *takes over for Mio* To be clear I'm taking over because I'm trying to do what Akiko asked not because you told me too

Hanto: *glancing at Daiki and messaging his team*

Daiki: *sighs* Hey we're going to karaoke after work if you want to come or whatever

Hanto: You're inviting me?

Daiki: *irritably* Whether we like it or not you're part of the team for the next two weeks which means you can come to karaoke you don't have to though it's your choice

Hanto: I feel like you all want me to say no

Daiki: I wouldn't be upset if you did but we're supposed to be making an effort to get along

Hanto: *sigh* I guess that means I'm going then, I'll let Shoma know I'll be home late

Valen🍫: This sucks guys I'm stuck with Diend and I don't know if that's better or worse than being with Nyelv

Valen🍫: No which is weird, he's just texting someone quietly

Valen🍫: Do you think he's planning something?

Gavv🍬: If it were someone else I'd say no but you can never be sure with him

Vram🍮: It's only 2 weeks what damage can he do in 2 weeks?

Vram🍮: Yeah, damage to himself and his team. They rarely mess with anyone not on their team and the others are people they consider friends, like Parado and Sakura

Gavv🍬: Good point, its usually people they like

Valen🍫: For the next 2 weeks I am on his team
