Hearing the growl directed at him, Fate quickly raised his hands up, slowly inching away from the lass. He almost wondered if it wasn’t safer to simply try his luck with the horde of girls following him or staying where he was.
“I’m truly sorry Kalista,” He muttered but eyes widened with fright as the light sprung on. He dashed forward, quickly turning off the light. He quickly shushed any remark the owner of the apartment made, his heart thundering in fright as he waited with a bated breath if the girls found him or not.
Only when their angry shouts and footsteps faded away did the thief allowed to release a relieved sigh. He swiftly spun around to apologize to the lady of vengeance, it wouldn’t do him any good to keep her pissed at him.
“I’ll do you’re paperwork, promise. You don’t need to worry about it at all. Just, don’t throw me out, please?”
“Hmm.” Kalista pursed her lips and thought for a moment. Truth be told, all she wanted to do was s l e e p. There was so much to do, and this... person she didn’t even know just climbed in like she owed him something.
I owe him nothing. A small voice echoed in the back of her head, and the tired female just sighed and shook her head.
“You know what, help me with this and I might even let you stay overnight to keep you away from these kiddos.”

Of course, she would never understand this new warrior’s intents, but taking lives- destroying a story so hard earned by the person, wasn’t that evil? War would bring the killing of soldiers, assassination the death of a kingpin. Death. But where did that leave her? Where did that leave them? Only in guilt and blood.

“With haste.” She would say, allowing the Other to lean on her as they set off back towards camp.
The look on her face was not at all impressed as she leaned on the slender figure offering her help.
A slight rustling of trees seemed to startle Kalista as she limped on, one arm around Janna and one firmly grasping her spear.

Regardless, Akio was the last one standing with a blade as bloody as his wounds, the three attacker were now dealt with yet he was going to meet the same fate as them if he doesn’t get any help.
But then he heard someone talking about his wounds, which made him face the newcomer, “be honest…how bad is it…” He joked before coughing some blood, “ugh…do you happen…to have anything on you to help?”

The only thing she was able to pull out was half a canteen of water, which she threw near the wounded summoner in exasperation. After a moment of thought she started to rip some of her shirt into long, thin bandages, then remembered to ask for permission. “... May I?”
