Since many people have asked for this for so long, I think it’s time!

This is a Beta-version of my Strange County hood, it contains no sims and it contains all lots from almost all Strangetown versions (PC, PSP, GBA excluding DS and PS2/XBOX/GC since those are not built yet).

No CC is included and the hood is basically CC-free with exceptions of the following items:

This Strangetown sign

Butterfly Pavilion

Life Stories, Pet Stories and Castaway Stories bundles*

* I am not sure exactly which items that are used, but I know there’s some from each Stories game

You will also need all expansions and stuff packs.

26 4t2 conversions! These are all over the place, functional if possible, & have multiple subsets if possible. Includes some of my own recolors. I also made 2nd versions of some objects & repositoried them to Buggybooz’s ‘Kitchen Basic’. They can be used with the original versions without any conflicts. 

Wheatlake Landfill! Something I thought would be very interesting & challenging to throw into a BaCC, although it was a bit late in my play-through for it to really have an effect. The basic gist:

- Without a landfill, Sims cannot use the street garbage cans or the AL garbage chutes. They also cannot call the exterminator. - Trash can be put into smaller bins/compactors but once those are filled, surplus trash must be put on the ground and allowed to collect flies & cockroaches. The trash can be relocated anywhere on the lot, though. - Compost bins are an acceptable alternative, if your Sims can acquire them. - To unlock garbage collection & pest control, all you have to do is fund a landfill such as this one, with 1 Sim employed to run it. You might also want to make unlocking the Politics career a prerequisite. - If you have a restriction on where/which Sims can “dig for treasure”, like me, then I made it so Sims can only dig for treasure at the Landfill. Because of the rotten garbage and the lack of showers, it’s not as easy as it seems.

These are the things I was hinting at - street names for the 3 pre-made hoods. In 3 different styles. I kinda picked styles that I thought would suit them.

NOW. I know that not everyone plays the pre-mades but you might want to use the street names anyway….

So, here’s that request thing I was hinting about.

If you want streetnames for your hood - For the rest of 2015 - Send a request to me with your street names, your hood name and the style you’d like - and English or Simlish. And I will make it for you no problems at all! They are seriously easy to make, and I have templates so they don’t take too long at all.
