Recently, NBA player Robin Lopez asked on Twitter: “Was there ever a unique MuppetVision trash can at WDW?” To my knowledge, the answer to that question is currently “no” - though they may have existed in the past. The only Muppet-specific trash cans I’m familiar with - other than Gonzo’s paper cup exhibit - can be found at PizzeRizzo at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Opened in 2016, this pizza restaurant is located near Muppet*Vision 3D, replacing the Toy Story Pizza Planet Arcade as part of the placemaking project to create Muppets Courtyard. Official opening materials provided the following description:

“While enjoying personal-sized pies, guests will find décor inspired by Rizzo, as well as his extended family and friends who have visited PizzeRizzo over the years throughout the two-story eatery. Be sure to head upstairs to Rizzo’s Deluxe Supreme Banquet Hall, where there’s a wedding reception already in progress; join the party and show off your best moves under the disco ball to the world’s greatest party playlist!”

Inside, you’ll find these green trash cans with a variety of messaging.
