Popee's Husband (Kai)

Finnegan originally lived in a game about humanoid sea creatures and how they lived, but the game got unplugged after ocean activists protested against Litwak's and other arcades who had the game. She currently resides in Turbotime, where she disguised herself as a racer. She only races with others during closing hours because she doesn't want Turbotime to suffer the same fate her game did. She met Streak when he approached her and introduced himself, just like he would with anyone new he meets. She is very zealous and committed to actually learning how to race, but she's also very cautious because she doesn't want her cover to be blown. Other racers thinks that she is athletic because of how well she can swim. When questioned about her fins and tail, she'll just say that they're accessories that she doesn't take off. Left side is her disguise, right side is her normal form.
