Kid has no power in a world where superhero's and powers are fairly normal. Kid gets bullied by another kid with a destructive power. Kid gets powers, stands up to bully and goes to a hero school (or hero course) because he's super amazing now he has powers. Bully gets even more angry now that the kid has powers. A teacher has a super sonic voice that can break windows and shake the entire school, a student has acid spit, and an old lady with a medical related power is school nurse. School is attacked by a villain during a completely normal school activity, hero's cannot help, students are left to save the school themselves. Students save the school and are seen as amazing and awesome.
