Thinking about Scales and how they've lost everything from before and will probably never be able get it back. Anything sentimental or of value to them, pictures, family heirlooms, thier friends, all of it lost.

Tbf tho from the sounds of it they already were a professional dancer on a high level, before being considered for Broadway
I like to imagine that they had already become super successful in another form of dance, like randomly being world salsa champion (or something like that)
Bcs they aren't exactly a young professional athlete when the injury occurs
