I have phases where my sh randomly gets really bad and then i suddenly just stop for awhile

#i mean usually something scares me into stopping #but after that i just stop doing it for a few months #and then i randomly get bad again #thats honestly why i never keel track of how long im clean for #because i know ill just start again eventually

Last year i was so proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and talking to people more and now i feel like ive just gotten worse its gotten to the point where i wish everyone in my life would leave me so i wouldnt have to talk to anyone ever again
