Sa totoo lang, nakakawala din ng stress ang mga ganitong moment. Kahit dapang-dapa na sa araw-araw na laban ng buhay, nakakagaan pag may kausap kang gets kung pano ka mag-isip. At isa siya sa mga taong 'yon sa buhay ko—kahilera sa dalawa kong best friend nasa probinsya pareho.

Ang dami kong time magsulat sa journal ko, at na-sustain ko siya for a week. Switching between three languages was easy-peasy. But writing my thoughts on paper felt like letting out a deep breath I've held in for so long.
At least, medyo humupa ang gulo sa utak ko. Emotions that I tried to suppress before started making sense after I wrote them down. Parang at that moment in time, nalagyan ko ng label ang naramdaman ko sa isang tao, bagay, o pangyayari. Mas na-gets ko sarili ko.
Hindi ako consistent magsulat (kahit dito rin eh), but I hope to find time. Got so many stuff to do and errands to run even on weekends.
