I know I harp on the weed and losing line but it is so juicy to me in terms of how shane behaves when he feels threaten or cornered like here's ilya who has been moody and standoffish the whole time that they are supposed to be enjoying the holidays with shane's family in shane's hometown and when the fight breaks out shane has this locked and loaded even though he hasn't brought up the weed or how bad the centaurs are to ilya he's filed it away and had it ready to use in the same way that he has the weaknesses of other players filed away just in case because in this moment ilya isn't just his boyfriend who is lashing out ilya is rozanov and shane hollander is going in for the kill
