This is not a goodbye, it’s just a new beginning.

This is me and my colleague on our last day of blogging. Doing random stuff so that we’re not getting board whenever there’s no guests.

I just want to share how thoughtful and friendly the CSA’s are.

One of the CSA’s and I were just talking and sharing about our experiences in life.

The next thing I knew, he gave me a lanyard that has a WestJet name and logo.

I was so happy at that moment as we only have the plain black ones.

I guess another souvenir! 💙🤍

Everyday is such a challenge especially when you are hungry as you can smell the food from our workplace.

Wendy’s just in front of us! We always make sure to grab a coffee first before our shift starts in order for us to be energized for our 7 hours long shift.

Balloon update: after two long weeks, the balloon is already gone.

This was a quite tiring shift as I had a long day yesterday because of work and pinning ceremony (Yes, we got our pins!).

It’s becoming to get hot inside the airport as the spring is approaching.

A little update about the balloon: one more balloon joined today 😂 poor kid

This picture was way back March 27 of 2023.

When I got into my workplace, I noticed that there is a balloon that got stuck on the roof so I just took a picture of it. I’ll update you guys if they’re gone lol 😂.

Placement went so fast and yet we are approaching the end of it. Glad I was able to help our guests now without always asking the CSA’s. 💪

Hi guys and girls!

Sunday is always the busiest day of the week for me. You have to expect that their is a huge line up waiting for you before your shift starts 😂.

I took the photo on the left, while waiting for the bus going to airport.

This day was pretty fun and funny at the same time. 🤣❤️ My customer service was super extra today.

Backstory:

The man on the picture asked me if this is the bus stop for number 34 going to the airport and I said yes. He told me that he’ll just follow me as I know the way to the airport. I asked him if what terminal is he going and he answered I don’t know but I’m flying with WestJet.

So, I escorted the guest from the transit to check in.

Today today was a pretty busy morning. I thought people spend their Sundays with their Family at home. However I was wrong.

This day of my shift was pretty fun as I learn new things from one of the CSMs on how to print and re-print baggage tags.

Hoping to learn more soon and I will surely share it with you. Can’t wait!

February 27th of 2023, was our training day for group B.

The training was very fun and my colleagues are very approachable and supportive so I got to share some ideas and ask them questions if I am unsure about something.

I enjoyed it very much and I am grateful that I got to experience this with WestJet.
