There are some people asking for my itinerary so I will be listing the places we have been to. It is a bit of a splurge trip since I want to experience everything. And this is a week long vacation.Â
Requirements: As of July 2022, Thailand ease their restrictions and only needed the vaccination certificate as a requirement. Of course like normal you need to pay your travel tax first before checking in to avoid delays. For first time travelers there will be a lot of questions on immigration and some of them are being off-loaded, but this is not to scare you. Just be prepared with your answers and proof that you will be coming back to the Philippines.
Transpo: We tried to commute as much as possible but those that require lot of effort we just opted to hail grab car/justgrab(taxis).Â
Hotel: We stayed at 2 hotels because we extended for 2 more days than we intended to. First hotel is Narawad Botique Hotel (near GMMTV Building) from July 17 to 22 then at FX Metrolink Hotel Makkasan (near Phetchaburi MRT Exit 3) from July 22 to 24.Â
Day 1 - July 17 (Sunday)Â
(a) GMMTV Building - took grab from airport to the hotel, we just left our bags then we walked for 2 mins to the building unfortunately the shop at 30th flr is only open every Mon-Fri so we just took pictures outside.Â

I will no longer enumerate this because this was my free day celebrating Tay Tawan's birthday so I did not have a lot of places I visited.Â

(a) Big C Supercenter - grocery shopping just get of BTS Chidlom station and just look for the signs going to Platinum/Pratunam and walk. We took TukTuk going back to the hotel (for the experience).Â
This was the day we met NonKul so it is not so productive also.Â
(a) Chatukchak Weekend Market - you can take MRT (Chaktukchak Park) or BTS (Mo Chit) then you can see already sign leading to the market. It is only open every Sat and Sun at 9am-6pm.Â

Day 8 was when we checked out. Just to take note we always take our breakfast at 711 in GMM Building from Day 1 to Day 5. Google Maps are your friend it give accurate places and commute. Also some things in Thailand are not translated in english so my friend and I use Google Lens and Papago at times.
Thatâs it. Enjoy and have a safe travels.
