I’m here in Saudi Arabia. I’m working as a driver in Saudia Arabia. My boss doesn’t let me go home. I’ve been in Saudi Arabia for 23 months, and he’s not allowing me to go home. I put in a request for a holiday 5 months ago. He said he won’t let me go.

He going to keep me for another 3 months by Saudi law. [The travel agent] betrayed me, after sending me through a discount gulf travel agent, saying he’ll pay me for 8 hours of work and 4 hours of over time and now he’s not giving me my over-time pay nor does he give me money for food.

Today is the 12th and he still hasn’t given me my wages. He says that the discount travel agent made him sign a paper that stated that he (the travel agent) will take out 100 Riyal every month from my wages. I didn’t know this. He tricked me into signing it.
