So like me get this straight🧐 I’m supposed to ask the same people who didn’t bring any charges against the officers,allowed a local business to press charges against us, I’m supposed to relay on them for any type of Victim Services🤦🏾‍♀️

She was kind enough however to provide me with 2 resources that I can either PAY for or provide my insurance. 🧐 So I’m supposed to pay for therapy after the police murdered my son, but as a taxpayer I get the luxury to finance they’re salary as well as therapy! Now that ass backwards I expressed to her and she indeed gave me an generic apology.

I then called to Goochland DA office to ask the general question as to why my family wasn’t offended services upon Xzavier’s death. Very rudely the secretary says to me “ your son wasn’t a victim”. She then hung up on me!

Mind you I only told her I was calling in regards to victim services unit!

I called back and advise the secretary to put the department head on the line.

They transfer the call to 🤡 Mike Caudill! The same DA whom was over the case and chose not to indicate the officers. Mr.Caudill then tells me we don’t qualify for any type of assistance because my son wasn’t a victim!

Really I ask him so what is he classified as because he damn sure wasn’t a criminal! This heartless motherfucker says to me he is classified as justified!

Wtf does that have to do with the family receiving assistance upon my sons death and why does the DA get to make that call!

On Sat, January 9,2021 at approximately 4:35am, Xzavier Hill was murdered by two Virginia State police officers in Goochland County,VA, he was only 18 years of age. Recently a multi-jurisdictional grand jury unanimously came to a determination the troopers were justified in using deadly force.
