Just a Lowly Servant

Gonna start praying this before logging in to Tumblr or Twitter.

This might just be one of the most toxic things I've ever heard. This therapist sounds absolutely horrible, and following their advice seems like a quick way to ruin your life and all your relationships. Anger isn't your ally. Anger is the crackhead down the street screaming about conspiracy theories all day long. Sure, maybe one in a while they'll be right, but that doesn't mean you should believe everything they have to say, or even most of it. Anger is often deeply irrational, you can't rely on it as an accurate measure of every situation. If a family member asks me to take out the garbage, and I get annoyed with them because I'm busy, does that mean I should cut them out of my life? Or should I examine myself and the situation to determine whether my reaction is justified?

And most people will have seen or heard of the supposed bodies being found, but far too few heard about the follow up of them finding nothing.
