If it was any other circumstances, various questions would have possibly been asked. Most of them probably far from typical. Yet not a single one even surfaced towards almost being said. “Well yeah, at least tried and was going to consider putting a reward out for it.” Pocketing the small thing of candy with a little shrug. “Was a threat of ruining the organization; so letting some teen live who’d torch the livelihood wasn’t going to slide.” Sly listened to the response, “Neat.” Meant possibly less trouble, or greater odds that wouldn’t be a fuss out of what happened. Especially given sure had no real clue what superhero meant;  just a fuzzy word with not many details to them personally. Really silent for a moment as just listened to surroundings while following. “Sorry about you happening upon this all.” Genuine apology; getting caught and being on edge over it aside- it wasn’t like Sly wanted an witness or unintended stranger to happen upon the situation afterwards.

              “i wish i was high this is stupid.” aislinn retorted rolling her eyes as she looked at him. “so you all just… disappeared from your respective… universes…timelines whatever.” she said rolling her eyes as she looked between them head cocked. she wasn’t entirely sure what or how they would get them out of this situation.

              she frowned wondering if jay had managed to catch the guy. “so is this… some kind of different universe or like what the hell happened?” she asked frowning slightly as she glanced towards charlie eyes widening slightly as she spoke. 

              “first time i’ve seen lights or electricity since i was 4 i’d take anything to help beat these assholes.” charlie said with a snort as she looked at him eyebrow raising. “never heard of cape gloucester.” she added with a raised eyebrow as she looked at him, “sounds pretty shitty.” she shook her head.

          “you’re stupid,” tim replied crudely, and rather childishly might we add, though he didn’t care about being polite right now. this sort of situation was kind of insane as it was. “can y’tell us more ‘bout where y’came from? maybe we can use that to get everyone back there.” mighty smart of tim, we’re all so proud of his ideas. 

              HAD TO HAVE. IF YOU’VE NEVER HEARD OF CLINT BARTON OR HAWKEYE, I’M NOT IN THE RIGHT UNIVERSE. Clint never wanted to be as well known as the other avengers, but right now it would be incredibly helpful to be recognizable. at least then he had some chance of getting back home, to getting back to what the fuck he was in the middle of. 

“Depends on the circumstances; you are correct trusting people is pretty high risk nowadays though for sure.” Always had been, from his usual cynical perspective- that only felt solidified as time went on. Brushing fingers through his hair to attempt manage it’s disarray. Going over one of many mental checklists before he thought about the question. “Fair amount, been keeping an eye on the area- was heavily populated and high risk.” Had been decreasing the risk factor very slowly; aside dealing with new threats and such depending on it’s status. Harmless enough information so share, but wasn’t going to say much beyond that for the moment. “Was an offer, I don’t mind stitching it up.” Certainly was good at it, plus if was actually helping somebody decent out more than worth it. Alec dug through his bag to get the needed supplies. “Okay, I’m coming over there.” Deciding to leave his quiver alongside his bow and bag by the window. Getting up with a quiet groan; his muscles a bit aggravated to go from relaxing a bit right back into being used again. “So what did the damage?” Settling down slowly after positioning his flashlight; aimed at the ceiling so when turned on caused a good amount of light to work by.

“something like that.” aislinn said with a shrug of her shoulders as she looked at him, “i did what I did best which is survive.” she said with a cock of her head as she looked at him smirking slightly. “well we have pretty good odds going in our favor i think.” she said with a shrug of her shoulders as she looked at him. “what do you think it’ll be?” she asked eyebrow raising as she looked at him.

            “i don’t think souls are the ones that determine what you do or don’t look like in your previous life or your current. and we truly have no clue what are past selves were capable of. for all we know we were as good or better than imohtep and anuksunamun with magic and spells.” evie said with a smirk as she looked at him leaning up and kissing his cheek. “yes agreed we get alex back and then we can worry about whether or not we’re truly reincarnations and connected and all that later.” she agreed with a slight nod of her head. “alright how are we going to get him back?” she asked head cocked as she studied him.

                “welcome. nah you’re right probably shouldn’t draw more attention to ourselves.” though busting their heads wouldn’t be a whole hell of a lot of effort for either of them. glancing around the bar she lifted her glass and took a long sip. “they don’t know that.” she replied with a practically feral grin on her lips as she looked at natasha. “you never let me have any fun.” she teased with a wide grin as she leaned back in her chair. “yeah yeah i make no promises if they go fuck with some other poor girl.” 

            freddie was quick to anger and long to calm down. especially when it came to pricks like that. they set off every nerve he’d ever had. looking at henry he huffed slightly taking a long deep breath holding it for a moment before he nodded his head. “nah that’s not how i want to meet them.” he said with a shake of his head as he looked at him. glancing towards the other guys he gave them a dirty look before he nodded his head slightly. his shoulders remained tense but overall he relaxed ever so slightly as he looked at him. his eyes moved towards henry watching as he suckled at the rim of his beer licking his lips fingers clenching slightly around his own beer bottle. “yeah kid went in like he was in an old school wild west shoot out must have drained his clip before crossed the threshold. absolutely nothing in there except bulletholes.” 

            peyton looked at pearl pulling her hand back slightly eyes widening when she said that she’d been sent to kill her. “you were going to kill me?” she asked softly voice breaking as she looked at her eyebrows furrowing slightly. “you lied to me this whole time?” she asked blinked back tears as she looked at her. looking at tim when he spoke she frowned as she swallowed hard taking a step back. 

          “i was sent here to kill you, yes, but when i met you i knew i could never do it. i--i have feelings for you, pey, i know what i should do but i can’t. i’ve been on the source’s shit list for a while now because i refuse to do the job. i am risking everything to be here with you.” and to make sure tim was safe, but pearl did not want to admit that right now.
