Eyebrows raise at the question, seemingly getting closer to a confession was making her more and more anxious. She still wasn’t sure how she felt about him but there was nothing wrong with going with the flow. A romance could bloom and the thought was more than nice.

“Uhhh. Honestly? People usually do what they want, its not like Cameron Campbell is ever here. As long as like- people aren’t making out or anything in front of the kids” she says with a shrug, though feels herself getting giddy. “David would know all the rules if you really want to know but uh..” another sip from her coffee “Anyone you’re interested in?”

“Me?” His eyebrows rose, before it suddenly clicked. The way she’d been acting, the strange disappearance of the note he’d written for Travis... Immediately, he felt his face flushing. Shit.. Shit, how could he handle this without breaking her heart? And- she was cute. Pretty, actually, and he could definitely admit that, but.. Oh, fuck.. This was all a big muddled misunderstanding, and he hadn’t done anything up until this point to make it any better.

“This.. this is going to be a bit..” He sighed, trying to collect his words a bit. “I’m not good with this shit, but.. I think you might’ve found something of mine, and.. it all led to the wrong idea..? Damn, I’m real sorry about all this..”
