I made these apple mini muffins today
This recipe yields 20 mini muffins
One of them is just 19 calories and literally .1 gram of sugar
This is everything I used you can always sub out things or exclude them
I’m vegan so I used an egg replacer and some vegan protein powder
Also if it’s too thick or you need to make it go a little further you can always add water,, I ended up adding 1-2 tablespoons
I also added oats to the top of mine to make them pretty
Size comparison to my hand,, my hands are pretty small tbh
I’ll eat like 2 of these and feel fine
Like to read? Struggle to workout? Heres how I combine the two to make things easier.
First find a book you want to read, some sticky notes, and a pen or pencil. Pick reasonable exercises to put on each stickynote: things that you like, that target what you want, or that arent too difficult. You can vary it or keep it all the same.
Finally just pick an interval(I do every 10 pages but you can also do chapters or literally anything else) and place the sticky notes. When you get to the sticky note do the exercise and continue with your day! Super simple and super customizable! Be safe!
